Key Roles and Responsibilities for the position

  • Coordinate pan boiling and crystallization operations at Pan station
  • Ensure pam material striking, cutting and transfer is well managed to avoid overflows and drainage.


  • Certificate in Food science, Sugar boiling certificate course, Diploma course in sugar boiling.
  • 5-8 years experience as Panman in sugar factory to run A-massecuite pan.
  • Good knowledge of sugar industry and its operations.
