Key Roles and Responsibilities for the position
- Coordinate pan boiling and crystallization operations at Pan station
- Ensure pam material striking, cutting and transfer is well managed to avoid overflows and drainage.
- Certificate in Food science, Sugar boiling certificate course, Diploma course in sugar boiling.
- 5-8 years experience as Panman in sugar factory to run A-massecuite pan.
- Good knowledge of sugar industry and its operations.
